The City of Kalamazoo and the Northside Association for Community Development (NACD) are looking for volunteers to serve on the Northside Cultural Business District Authority (NCBDA) Board. The Board will primarily be made up of business and property owners in the NCBDA, residents who live in or within a half mile of the NCBDA, and Northside residents.
